Since Veterans Day is a federal holiday (observed on November 11), many have the day off with their families to reflect on what our national heroes have done and what they continue to do each and every day.
But any day is a great day to thank both those that have served or are currently serving our country in the military to keep our great nation free and safe and the hard-working police and fire men and women that work alongside us in our neighborhoods protecting us from many dangers.
